Amoraean Canon and Play-By:
Valerian Deraine*- Michael Fassbender - Full on Amoraean in lineage and damned proud of it, Valerian is the current Legate of the Fourth Wolfpack Legion, responsible for protecting the northern half of the Amoraean border from Hjallstaat - the new home of the Northmen. At 26 years old, he's still young and has his whole life ahead of him, helping to forge a new destiny for the Empire.
Jartix Braeke*- Rufus Sewell - Legate of the Ninth Black Phoenix Legion, and also Blademaster for the entire Amoraean Army, Jartix is one of the best - if not the best pure swordsman in this era. At 42 years of age, Jartix has been at this quite a long time - and is a close friend of the Tribune, and a mentor figure to both of his children. A mix of Archaean and Amoraean blood explains his relative paleness in comparison to other, more pureblooded counterparts.
Eagle Commander - Channing Tatum - At 30 years of age, he was around to see the collapse and rebuilding of the Empire, and has been a large part of it - helping to make Amoraea the naval superpower it once was again. Full on Amoraean in bloodlines and proud of it.
Fenrir Deraine - David Schofield - A stereotypical Amoraean in appearance, dark hair, dark skin, Fenrir Deraine is a legend of his own time. When the Emperor fell, it was he who rallied the shattered remnants of Archenridge and beyond together and made the country able to regain what footing it did - some would argue without his leadership and foresight Amoraea would've been buried and dead by now. Former Phoenix-Commander of the Amoraean Army, his back was crippled in the Battle of Thornvale by the hoof of an enemy horseman's mount - so he serves as a strategist and the Senate's primary military advisor in Archenridge.
Kyra Nightingale* - Imogen Poots - Primarily of Helvetii descent, Kyra certainly sticks out in a crowd of Amoraeans simply by appearance. Pale skin and blonde hair strongly contrast the norm of Amoraean blood, and has taken a certain pride in advancing, especially in faces of haughty Amoraean nobility who spit on the fact that someone of 'barbarian' blood is in charge of such a large stake in the Legions. The collapse and subsequent destruction of most of the leading officers of Amoraea in the Northmen invasion had advanced Kyra, like most other current officers, to their status much more quickly than normal. In a military based on merit, the 24 year old Sky Darkener's barbarian blood has come in handy more than once. The best archer by default in the Amoraean Army, she is a prodigy in both actual combat skill and the planning phase of warfare. Not an outstanding battlefield tactician, but more than above average on the drawing board, willing to think outside the box on problems and battleplans. Currently stationed at the border with the Northmen, with the Ninth Black Phoenix.
Falandar Haesar - Kevin McKidd - A man whose blood is a mixture between Archaean and Helvetii, he too sticks out as a pale skinned, blonde haired man in a sea of Amoraeans. As Rider-Master of the Legions, he is the best leader of all the cavalrymen in the Legions, able to both train his charges with deft efficency and fearless in leading them into battle. At twenty eight years of age, he too had seen the fall of the Empire, and works with what might even call zealotry to bring it back to its former glory. Currently stationed at the border with the Northmen with the Fourth Wolfpack.
Jastiper Fezendere - Ray Stevenson - Archaean in descent, the 30 year old Jastiper is the Legate of the Seventh White Feather Legion, the guardians of the heartland of Amoraea and the capital of Archenridge. His legion's day to day duties resemble the old Praetorian Guard, but in a broader form. Protecting Senators and important dignitaries from other countries makes his job - as he puts it on bad days 'damned babysitting'.
As well as a general need for Senators.

Yamatai Canons:
Kiiro no kuni:
- Daimyo of Kiiro no kuni/Hosokawa clan head
--- Members of the Hosokawa clan
--- Members of the daimyo's kashindan
- Tennō, and his relatives. They have no surname, but are referred to as the "royal clan" if necessary. Though possessing little political power, the Tennō and his/her family are still of great symbolic/religious importance.
Izumo no kuni:
- Daimyo of Izumo no kuni/Tachibana clan head
--- Members of the Tachibana clan
--- Members of the daimyo's kashindan
Ueno no kuni:
- Daimyo of Ueno no kuni/Settsu clan head
--- Members of the Settsu clan
--- Members of the daimyo's kashindan
Gekisenku no kuni:
- For Gekisenku, and the divided Matsuoka clan, there is no official daimyo. Both of his sons, one younger and one older, claim to be their father's true heir. The clan, and their father's former kashindan, has fractured. Some have sworn allegiance to one of the sons, but some have remained neutral (or are even attempting to usurp power for themselves).
- Shinobi clan leaders/members, from the Kagemura.
And then, of course, just general samurai/ronin, heishi, and other non-military citizens of the four kuni: farmers, artisans, merchants, clergy, criminals, ect.

Those canons marked with a ^ mean that you are more than welcome to add more depth into the region/country your character is in charge of, adding as much detail as you'd like.
