It has been a few weeks since the death of Jon Arryn, Robert Baratheon's former Hand of the King mysteriously died. King Robert has chosen his oldest, most loyal friend Lord Eddard Stark to become his new Hand. Eddard reluctantly agreed and has traveled far from his home in Winterfell with his two young daughters to the capital city of Westeros, King's Landing.
As a celebration of his new appointment, King Robert has organised a Tournament in honour of his friend. Many warriors, Knights and dignitaries are making there way to King's Landing to participate or just enjoy the hospitality of the King of the Seven Kingdoms.
A Song of Ice and Fire is an AU version of the HBO show, Game of Thrones. The overall story is the same but certain events may or may not occur. People who live may die and people who die may yet live. Where will you stand? There is no middle ground in the Game of Thrones. You win or you die
